सार

रचनात्मक आकलन शिक्षण के दौरान अधिगम को सुधारने के लिए उसे जाँचता है; योगात्मक आकलन इकाई या सत्र के अंत में अधिगम को मापता है।

मुख्य बिंदु

  • रचनात्मक आकलन निरंतर होता है (प्रश्न, अवलोकन, एग्ज़िट स्लिप) और शिक्षण का मार्गदर्शन करता है।
  • योगात्मक आकलन (इकाई परीक्षा, सत्र परीक्षा) अंत में उपलब्धि का निर्णय करता है।
  • सीखने का आकलन, सीखने के लिए आकलन और सीखने के रूप में आकलन — तीन उद्देश्य हैं।
  • मानक-संदर्भित परीक्षण शिक्षार्थी की दूसरों से तुलना करते हैं; निकष-संदर्भित परीक्षण निर्धारित मानकों से।
  • दोनों प्रकार आवश्यक हैं; संतुलन महत्वपूर्ण है।
  • प्रतिपुष्टि आकलन को अधिगम में बदलती है।

व्याख्या

  • रचनात्मक परिणामों से शिक्षण योजना बदलनी चाहिए।
  • योगात्मक परिणाम भी अगली इकाई के लिए रचनात्मक रूप से प्रयोग हो सकते हैं।
  • शिक्षण का समय घटाने वाली अति-परीक्षा से बचें।
  • विविध साधनों का प्रयोग करें: परियोजनाएँ, पोर्टफ़ोलियो, मौखिक कार्य।
  • केवल ग्रेड यह नहीं बताते कि क्या सुधारना है।
