Refund & Course Access Policy

Effective date: 13 October 2026

Only UPSC Complete is currently a paid Study Hub plan: one-time ₹499 for 3 calendar months, no automatic renewal. SSC, Teaching, Railway, Banking and School (Class 6–12) are free. AI tools are free within daily limits.

Course access

The UPSC entitlement is linked to the signed-in account and works on the website and in the app with the same account.

Astrology report payments

New Kundli/AI astrology checkout is paused. If you were charged earlier and did not receive the service, contact support with the Razorpay order/payment reference.

Payment or access problem

If money was debited but access did not unlock, the app retries automatically when you sign in again with the same account. If it still does not unlock, email us the Razorpay order/payment reference and your account email/phone. Never send OTPs, card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or passwords.

Refunds

Duplicate charges and confirmed technical failures where access was not delivered are refunded to the original payment method after verification (bank timelines may vary). Once digital access has been delivered and used, refunds follow applicable law and the circumstances of the request.

Renewal

There is no recurring mandate, so there is nothing to cancel. After 3 months UPSC premium access ends until you choose to buy again.
