सार

आपदा जोखिम न्यूनीकरण पूर्व चेतावनी, आपदा-रोधी आधारभूत संरचना और सामुदायिक तैयारी के माध्यम से आपदा आने से पहले ख़तरे का सामना और भेद्यता घटाता है।
