सार

साइबर ख़तरे और अवैध वित्त आपस में जुड़े हैं; भारत साइबर संस्थाओं, सूचना देने के नियमों, धन-शोधन विरोधी कानून और वैश्विक मानकों के माध्यम से इनका सामना करता है।

• CERT-In के 2022 के निर्देशों के अनुसार साइबर घटनाओं की सूचना छह घंटे के भीतर देनी होती है।
• राष्ट्रीय साइबर सुरक्षा नीति 2013 में जारी हुई।
• भारतीय साइबर अपराध समन्वय केंद्र (I4C) 2018 में गृह मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत स्थापित हुआ; हेल्पलाइन 1930।
• धन-शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (2002) प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) द्वारा लागू किया जाता है।
• भारत 2010 में FATF का सदस्य बना।
• हवाला और क्रिप्टो परिसंपत्तियाँ अवैध वित्त के माध्यम हैं।
