सार

CSAT बोध जाँचता है कि आप छोटे गद्यांशों से केवल उन्हीं के आधार पर सही अनुमान, पूर्वधारणाएँ और मुख्य विचार निकाल पाते हैं या नहीं।

मुख्य बिंदु

• केवल गद्यांश से उत्तर दें; बाहरी ज्ञान प्रायः गलत विकल्पों की ओर ले जाता है।
• मुख्य विचार वाले उत्तर पूरे गद्यांश को समेटते हैं; संकीर्ण या अतिवादी विकल्प प्रायः गलत होते हैं।
• अनुमान गद्यांश से अनिवार्य रूप से निकलना चाहिए।
• पूर्वधारणा एक अनकहा आधार है जिसकी लेखक को आवश्यकता है।
• "सबसे तार्किक उपसिद्धांत" (most logical corollary) का अर्थ है गद्यांश से निहित सबसे अच्छा अगला कदम।
• विकल्पों में "only", "always" और "never" जैसे शब्दों पर ध्यान दें।
