सार

शारीरिक शिक्षा शिक्षणशास्त्र नियोजित, सुरक्षित और समावेशी गतिविधि के माध्यम से फ़िटनेस, गतिक कौशल, मूल्य और स्वस्थ आदतें विकसित करता है।

मुख्य बिंदु

  • शारीरिक शिक्षा के पाठ में वार्म-अप, कौशल अभ्यास, खेल या गतिविधि और कूल-डाउन होते हैं।
  • मोस्टन के शिक्षण शैली स्पेक्ट्रम में आदेश, अभ्यास, पारस्परिक और समावेशन शैलियाँ शामिल हैं।
  • कौशल पूर्ण, अंश या पूर्ण–अंश–पूर्ण विधि से सिखाए जा सकते हैं।
  • फ़िट इंडिया मूवमेंट 2019 में और खेलो इंडिया 2018 में शुरू हुआ।
  • सुरक्षा में उपकरण, सतह और जल-पूर्ति की जाँच शामिल है।

व्याख्या

  • फ़िटनेस के घटक: सहनशक्ति, शक्ति, लचीलापन, गति, फुर्ती।
