सार

आधारभूत संरचना का वित्तपोषण सार्वजनिक निवेश, सार्वजनिक–निजी भागीदारी और बाज़ार साधनों से होता है, और परियोजनाओं के समन्वय के लिए योजना ढाँचे होते हैं।

मुख्य बिंदु

  • EPC: सरकार धन देती है; ठेकेदार रूपरेखा बनाता और निर्माण करता है।
  • BOT/BOOT: निजी भागीदार निर्माण करता है, एक अवधि तक संचालन (और स्वामित्व) करता है, फिर हस्तांतरित करता है।
