सार

बाल अधिकारों में जीवन, विकास, संरक्षण और भागीदारी शामिल हैं; भारतीय कानून बच्चों को दुर्व्यवहार, शोषण और उपेक्षा से बचाते हैं।

मुख्य बिंदु

  • संयुक्त राष्ट्र बाल अधिकार अभिसमय (1989) का भारत ने 1992 में अनुमोदन किया।
  • POCSO अधिनियम (2012) बच्चों को यौन अपराधों से बचाता है।
  • किशोर न्याय (बालकों की देखरेख और संरक्षण) अधिनियम (2015) देखरेख, संरक्षण और बाल कल्याण समितियों का प्रावधान करता है।
  • बाल श्रम संशोधन (2016) 14 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों के रोज़गार और किशोरों (14–18) के ख़तरनाक व्यवसायों में रोज़गार पर रोक लगाता है।
  • NCPCR बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग अधिनियम, 2005 के अंतर्गत स्थापित हुआ।
  • चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन 1098 आपातकालीन सहायता देती है।

व्याख्या

  • विद्यालयों में बाल संरक्षण नीतियाँ और प्रशिक्षित कर्मचारी होने चाहिए।
  • POCSO के अंतर्गत सूचना देना अनिवार्य है।
  • बाल भागीदारी का अर्थ है बच्चों के विचार सुनना।
  • बाल विवाह प्रतिबंधित है (बाल विवाह प्रतिषेध अधिनियम, 2006)।
  • ऑनलाइन सुरक्षा बाल संरक्षण का भाग है।

चरण-दर-चरण

  1. पहचानें कि प्रश्न कौन-सी अवधारणा, कानून या नीति जाँच रहा है।
