डिजिटल प्रौद्योगिकियाँ (AI, ब्लॉकचेन, IoT, 5G, क्वांटम) अर्थव्यवस्था को बदलती हैं; साइबर सुरक्षा और डेटा संरक्षण कानून इनके जोखिम सँभालते हैं।
