नियम

1. कर्ता के रूप में I, he, she…; क्रिया/पूर्वसर्ग के बाद me, him, her…
2. 'than' और 'as' के बाद पूरे वाक्यांश के अनुसार: He is taller than I (am)।
3. 'Between you and me' ('I' नहीं), क्योंकि 'between' पूर्वसर्ग है।
4. 'Who' व्यक्तियों के लिए, 'which' वस्तुओं के लिए, 'whose' अधिकार के लिए।
5. विनम्र क्रम: मध्यम पुरुष, अन्य पुरुष, फिर उत्तम पुरुष (you, he and I)।
